lets call it retro

I have a thing for old typewriters.  And old cameras.  I’ve seen amazing photos of peoples collections, the still shots taken with perfect lighting and composition.  I’ve wanted to shoot a series of old objects in different lighting and unique backgrounds.  Here’s the problem, I’m not a saver (otherwise known as a packrat).  I purge.  I don’t like stuff sitting around.  Not because I don’t like them but because I would have to dust them or dust around them.  There it is, my whole reason for not having a bunch of stuff is because I don’t want to clean it.  So when I find a special person who loves “stuff,” who collects and keeps remnants of other peoples lives, I am in awe.  I admire you.  My hats off to those that collect and don’t mind cleaning, or dust.  Keep it up!  Then invite me over so I can take pictures…
